All the customers, who wish to use the kitchen, must request it at the reception and pay a fee of 5€ per day for the whole stay, uninterruptedly. We will continue to offer the facility of a fridge and some utensils outside the kitchen area.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Good first impression but when you look at the room it's showing signs of wear and tear. Tiles on the floor not secure and ripped shower curtain let the room down

The hotel itself is nice & clean although dated… the AI food was very disappointing. Breakfast was lively but lunch & dinner were not to the standard expected

The pool has a nice set up with a bar near it. Bus station is right outside hotel to get to a more lively town. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Not a big distance to start the short Volcano trek.
