Pool area great, heated pool 3 bedroom apartment large with 2 bathrooms, very well equipped and clean In the hotel area they have a decent restaurant Helpful staff

Room comfort, good breakfast, warm water pool, nice view from balcony and windows, barbeque on balcony, access to ocean beach. Everything was perfect.

Gorgeous exterior and pool area, hallways and building architecture were so aesthetically pleasing, reminded me of Santorini, staff were very friendly and accommodating, we asked one member of staff about halal restaurants around and she went out of her way to call her Muslim friend to get the best recommendations. We tried her recommendation on the same day and it was amazing! Wish I’d gotten her name. Also lovely view of Teide right outside. Supermarket not far and mobility scooters near. Beach not far either, thought rocky beach not sandy beach as it’s obviously the marina.

Lovely pool loads of sun loungers.. very well kept .. no music and a very mixed but nice crowd . Great poolside restaurant with really nice staff and tasty good value food

pool, quite ( except for planes), the apartament (we had one with ocean view), location, surroundings, no issue with parking, breakfast was modest but at least it was there so no issue with it.

The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Apartment was very clean on arrival and cleaned every two days throughout our stay. The two bedroom apartment was very well equipped. The pool was very clean and the kids really enjoyed it. Great hotel and will def return again in the future.
