It's beauty, it's quiet and very clean. We had the place all to ourselves. The place is exceptionally clean. Patrizia is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great and had a personal touch.. the place has beautiful views in a beautiful area..

Super friendly host (makes time to give recommendations for restaurants, wine tastings, parking,....), amazing house and garden, with nice views.....top all over! Best stay of many Bnb's we visited during this Italy trip....
