Location was great. Parking was reasonably convenient, we were lucky that there was a spot in the closest parking lot, parking was pretty cheep. Breakfasts were very good. Our room was very comfortable with a nice view. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Although not easy to find in the dark on first visit to San Marino's pedestrian zone, La Grotta is well worth the effort. Lovely hotel, very cosily heated in November, spotless room, excellent bathroom. We had booked a twin room but were given a three bedded room which I guess was a little more spacious. All hotel staff were helpful and friendly, some spoke better English than others but it was never a problem. Breakfast suited us - fruit, yoghurt, pastries, cheese and cold meat, hot and cold drinks all in a dedicated dining room. Once we found our bearings we realised how well located the hotel is, highly recommended.

The location is excellent. Our room had a lovely view, was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was nice; small but satisfying selection. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Fabulous location with amazing views from our balcony room. Staff were very helpful with us leaving luggage for a bit the next day and letting us hang out in the lounge whilst I organised a few onward journey things.
