The staff was helpful, kind and understanding of our schedule changes - our flight was delayed a day and they were so good about everything. The coffee was great, decent breakfast, villa was very comfortable and huge. My kids LOVED the garden out back.

I liked the location, close to the beach, a supermarket, restaurants and a lively place in general. The staff was really friendly and helpful and is a big reason why the score is not lower. The hotel was good for what we needed, which was a convenient place to spend our first night in Puerto Rico. The bed was comfortable but a bit too small for two people. The room has a kitchen, air-conditioning, a TV and a private bathroom. The included breakfast was simple, but has some options available. I was pleasantly surprised.
