The roof terrace was great, we enjoyed it and saw the new year fireworks. The room service was great and came daily to clean, in this time you appreciate it. The room was spacious and had a refrigerator & microwave. You have only aboput 15 minutes walk to the beaches like Playita del Condado or Balneario del Escambrón. There are some restaraunts in the area and a good supermarket Pueblo. The hotel has not enough parking spaces, but you'd definitely find a place on the street nearby. The Miramar neighborhood was quiet.

Decent location with lots of shops and eateries around, and easy access to get a quick cab to old san juan or walk to the beach in condado if you wanted. Very spacious room in a good clean basic hotel for a fair price considering the very expensive baseline for San Juan.

Perfect location near to all the amenities. We went for the Sanse festival and the hotel was right on the outskirts. Loved the rooftop area. Really enjoyed the view. There was a young lady on the night staff who was very accomodating and welcoming and that was greatly appreciated.

The location was good we could walk to most things. The bathroom light didn't work when we arrived but got fixed straight away.
