The hotel has a beautiful garden and our room was in the main building and the view from the balcony was amazing! The balcony also has couches and hangmats to chill in which was great. Room is very nice and the staff was great. It is a bit remote but you can easily walk to San Juan or drive back with a tuktuk from San Pedro.

The staff were lovely and tried to help where they could. We had dinner there one night and the food was very nice. Breakfasts were also lovely

Good stay. Best location to stay in San Juan La Laguna. Close to everything but quite isolated with a good view to the lake. Friendly staff, well priced restaurant. Room was good with a good balcony.

The situation of the hotel and the lake view are amazing. The restaurant with the view. The patio to sit downtown. The. Canoe to go on the lake.

We got a room with a beautiful view, a couch and a basic kitchen. Very nice. There is a garden by the lake and kayaks you can use at no extra cost. There is a very good restaurant next door (Sabor&Vista), which is useful at night as you are not in the center of the town.

Friendly staff, good breakfast with generous portions, helpful in getting a lancha (boat) from the hotel’s dock. Great view of San Juan La Laguna and the lake.

Lovely gardens right on the lake. Great to be able to use the kayaks for free. The breakfast is really good with a great selection. Great views from balcony of room

Location!!! On the lake and close to town and to San Pedro with a short walk. Nice restaurant with decent prices. Lovely grounds and gardens! Big comfortable rooms
