The people, the people I met in The Space, the volunteers, the staff, everybody where AMAZING, more than a hostal, this is a place where you can not only enjoy time for yourself, but also meet unforgettable people.

Beautiful surrounding, amazing pool, very relaxed atmosphere, great yoga deck too! And the staff is super friendly! You can sign up for activities and there is 5dollar yoga you can do as well.

Nice dorms, clean bathrooms, good vibe and nice people. Daily activities provided. Food is very nice and recommended.

Having stayed in hostels across the globe, I can confidently say this one is the absolute best. If you appreciate a vibrant atmosphere, great music, delicious food, and genuinely friendly staff, this place is second to none. Although it's located just 10 minutes outside of town, the convenience of 10 daily shuttles ensures you're always well-connected, making your stay in San Juan as smooth and enjoyable as possible. I'm truly astonished by the exceptional quality offered at such an affordable price.

We loved everything! The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The restaurant and service is fantastic. The cocktails are great, the pool is nice and the staff friendly. The location is in the Jungle and yes it is further away from the city but we loved it. The shuttle costs 2$ per trip pP and takes you to San Juan del Sur in 15 minutes. There is also a shuttle passing by to get to the surf beach playa maderas which costs 4$ one way or 7$ round trip. Renting a scooter might be worth it though as cabs are insanely overpriced!!!!

The Space is a welcoming hostel with a cool, social vibe, lots of activities planned and run by the hostel volunteers on a daily basis and great food and drinks in the restaurant/bar.

beautiful hostel, private room was perfect, AC, very spacious and large beds (should actually be a 6 bed dorm) - very reasonably priced for such a large room. Immaculately clean.
