Rafa was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Not only he knows Nicaragua and can recommend places where to go, he can also suggest you places in other countries. It was also extremely clean, staff is also very welcoming.

You cannot beat the location: a five minute walk from the beach and several restaurants The owner is absolutely fantastic and luckily he spoke English (as well as a bit of French:-) The hotel offers breakfast but I never tried it so I cannot comment on its value The room was very spacious, the aircon worked perfectly and I was surprised by how quiet the hostel was The WiFi is very patchy and there is no hot water but I didn’t mind I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting San Juan

The staff was really very nice and willing to meet the requirements. The room was small and without a window and extra ventilation. After the bath, the towels remained wet, but in the morning, upon request, the staff willingly changed them to dry ones. I really appreciate the willingness of the service. Anyone expecting 4*H will be disappointed. An adventurous traveler will appreciate the location of the accommodation, good breakfast, friendly and communicative approach. We stayed one extra night.

Rafa the owner is very friendly and helpful. he helped us to arrange the shuttles and gave amazing tips on restaurants and places to visit. Amazing price-quality ratio with amazing and complete breakfast included in the price. We will definitively come back :)

The location was perfect and Rafa and his team were the best hosts. So accommodating, helpful and friendly. Made our stay in San Juan so easy. The rooms are fairly basic but clean and have everything you need and the free breakfast & coffee were an excellent addition. Thanks Rafa !

Location was great . Short walk to the bay and a nice walk to the statue of Christ. Owners are very nice and breakfast was really good.

Location and staff is great. They make everything to make you feel at home. Cleaning every two days which is super cool. AC works great & there is huge and yummy breakfast! Amazing choice :)

Rafael the owner it’s a very nice person, always available and willing to help! The hotel it’s very quiet and clean and for me was super necessary find a place like this! I really enjoy my stay there, I recharge the batteries completely!! Also the breakfast in the morning was very big and delicious! Really recommend

The best hosts you could ever wish for! Rafa, his family and team were so welcoming and reminded me of so much of my fond memories in Spain! Location perfect. The breakfast is delicious and the beds are very comfortable! We were supposed to stay for 2 nights and ended up extending for 3 weeks! We’ll be hitting up Murcia for sure :)
