The location was good, as it was right in the downtown area, which is where I wanted to be. The young lady at the front desk was a great help with arranging a vehicle for my next stage of my holiday. The café staff were very pleasant.

Nice enough place, that is pretty central so there es easy access to sights and restaurants. We had a room next to the road so it was noisy during the (Saturday) night. Breakfast could have been better but overall it was okay.

Great location, incredibly kind staff, we had a super early pick up to go to Tortuguero (5.30am) and the hotel staff made sure we had a small breakfast before we left.

Nice colonial building. Modern clean bathroom. Good breakfast with fresh fruits and eggs. I really liked that they had boiled eggs as well as scrambled eggs. Only $7 /night to park at a nearby parking. Staff were very helpful. Location was very close to attractions like national theatre, China town, National museum etc.

Location was good so we could easily walk to the town centre. The hotel did not look like much from the outside but it had everything that we needed. The rooms were old fashioned, but clean and spacious and had a fridge and 2 double beds. We enjoyed dinner at the front of the hotel with cocktails and ate breakfast next morning looking at the swimming pool.

We stayed here upon arrival in San Jose and booked for our last night. A good location with good food. We were up at 4.30 and due to leave 5 but could have had breakfast if so wished. Staff were good.
