Good hotel, but never return. They have blocked the windows for fresh air in the room. As a consequence both wakes up with headache

The rooms are comfortable and nicely designed. The lobby at ground level lets the hotel down as first impressions. The common areas on the 5th floor feel too large and open. The bar could be made to feel more intimate. Ultimately the top floor needs completely redesigned. A roof terrace or outside space would have been excellent

Friendly staff. Alexis who helped us on arrival was amazing and made sure everything was organized for our early departure. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of different hot and cold food.

Excellent location, walking distance to most downtown museums, galleries and shops. Brilliant views. The coffee shop in the Teatro National across the mall is magnificent. Great variety at breakfast and the hotel bar is superb.

Excellent location, perfect to spend a few hours in San Jose. The hotel is just across from the national theatre and just around the corner from Plaza de la Cultura. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection and served on the top floor with a view of the city.
