the beautiful setting! so many birds to see! so much wildlife! beautiful rooms and the staff were so helpful and friendly. restaurant was superb, one of the best we’ve been to. loved it! bird tour was amazing, saw so many toucans!

the facilities are great! except from the most simple rooms that are a bit noisy, all rooms are just great! the service at the front desk, restaurant and room service is absolutely amazing.
