Phenomenal host, Dominic was very helpful during our stay and a pleasure to talk to. The grounds are amazing, stunning views, diverse wildlife, good walks, so far from the road that can't hear the cars. We paid for evening meals and Dominic made the effort to give us different meals each day, the included breakfast was also different each day. Communal fridge is stocked with cold beers, available to guests at a reasonable price. Although the accommodation is quite far from the town, the town is not worth staying in as there is little to do. Better to stay somewhere as amazing as this and travel to the town for a day.

Beautiful site with views of Xunantunich Mayan site from the farm. You can walk to the site along the Mopan river too. Dominic was very welcoming and informative, pointing out birdlife and telling us about the history of the areas. It's a working farm, so be prepared for the sounds of a farm!

This property exceeded my expectations! A gorgeous, lush area with beautiful grounds to walk (and see so many amazing birds!), a fantastic common area to spend time in and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Staying here at Nabitunich with Dominic and Rebecca was like staying with family. I’m already planning my return trip in a year or two.

The garden is amazing, so many birds, the jungle sounds with the howler monkeys. It's the only time we saw toecans in Belize (not even during our jungle hikes). The owner was friendly. Breakfast was good.

Dominic was an amazing host, so friendly and helpful.. very chilled out atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, great location to base yourself to visit Tikal for the day.

We loved the location, calmness and especially the hospitality at Dominic‘s Cottage! It is in walking distance to Xunantunich Temples and you can even see the tip of the temple from the cottage. It is located next to the river and is incredibly calm and nice to relax at. There are many cats and other animals at the farm, which were fun to play with. Lastly, Dominic and all staff at the cottage are incredibly kind and helpful. We had some really cozy home-made dinners with Dominic.

Wish we could have stayed for longer. As a couple looking for some peace after months of travelling we couldn’t have been more impressed with Nabutunich. So peaceful and tranquil. The farm is beautiful with lots of animals everywhere. You literally walk through cattle paddocks to get to a private river with rapids - we couldn’t believe how cool this river was and chose to catch the rapids far down stream. Hosts incredible and treat guests like family. Rooms are comfortable, with nice cold AC and nice showers. Food recommended by hotel is good and deliver to your room. Nabutunich is great value for money. We would recommend as a minimum 3 full days here - 1 day for the temple and 2 to enjoy the farm and explore the river. The only place we’ve stayed in Central America we really want to return to.
