I can 100% recommend this place! The location couldn't be any better, it's on the same street as the pedestrian tourist street, but 150m away from all the buzz. The kitchen is big and clean. The room was also very nice.

This place is right in downtown and walkable to restaurants, bars and activities (like Cahal Pech Mayan Ruins) and directly opposite a shuttle transfer company we used. The host Hugo was very welcoming and easy going! Great value for money for the rooms and the shared kitchen is well equipped. Good aircon in the rooms and a hot and powerful shower. It’s also very close to the market which was very lively on a Saturday with amazing and cheap local food.

The location is really convenient, close to many tour operators, restaurants and the San Ignacio market. Big shared kitchen with complimentary coffee and drinking water. Hugo the manager is really friendly and responsive.

Such a great stay in San Igancio. Near to downtown with a few shops, bars etc. Room was spacious and very clean. Kitchen was great and staff super friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Loved my stay here and would definitely return.
