The staff were friendly and helpful, we booked our ATM tour through them and it was excellent, as well as a good price. I highly recommend. Also there was coffee, tea juice, fresh bread for toast and fruit all for free!

Annie looked after us very well. The place is unassuming but has everything you could need and the bed was very comfortable. Its close to all the attractions in town and to the main shuttle company for either flores or Caye Caulker

Excellent accommodation located in the city center, few steps away from the main street with bunch of restaurants and bars near by. Owned and managed by a lovely lady and her family who were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They can book all the tours and transportation you need in San Ignacio and surrounding for you. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable, specious and clean. There is also a roof top overlooking the town. In the morning complimentary fresh coffee and light breakfast are served. I would sincerely recommend this place to anyone staying in a beautiful town of San Ignacio.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is perfect, rooms are spacious and very clean, and the two sisters that run this place are super helpful and kind. Before a tour they even offer a complimentary breakfast, there's water to fill up your bottle and they can get your laundry done within a few hours!

Staff are incredibly friendly, kind and helpful. Offered to arrange tours and transfers. We were up early one morning for a tour and they got up extra early so that we could have the complimentary breakfast before we left for the day. Rooms are very clean, big and spacious. Aircon is good, bed is comfortable. Microwave, fridge and coffee maker in the room. Nice outdoor areas. Laundry service available. Free filtered water available. Close to the centre of San Ignacio. But staff definitely the highlight of Arnold's..

We had a lovely stay. The room are clean and rather comfortable (big like for the hammock in the room!). There is fresh drinking water available at all times, a microwave refrigerator and coffee machine in the room. They serve a little breakfast in the morning (coffee and toasts) and also propose laundry service. Last but not least, the stuff is very friendly.

We had a lovely time at Arnold's guest house. The staff are lovely, the rooms spacious and the location very close to the restaurants in town. Would happily stay here again.
