Very warm welcome. Staff very friendly. Dinner was excellent, fantastic ambience and great service. Breakfast outside in the garden was very good and the company of the "house"dog (forgot the name) visiting us was very nice and enjoyable.

Our stay was absolutely incredible. I had booked it as an affordable option while we were going to a friend's wedding nearby but the hotel really exceeded our exceptions. The dinner was incredible and to be honest I think under priced, they have an amazing wine list and you have to try the tiramisu, they even construct it at the table on a desert cart, and breakfast was amazing too. The staff were so lovely and accommodating and we just felt so at home at such a lovely little place. The area isn't somewhere I would typically go and visit if it weren't for the wedding nearby but I would love to go again just to stay at Sant'Agata. The grounds are also lovely, with incredible views of the hills behind, and a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk to San Guiliano Terme nearby which was a really lovely little town. Thank you!

The staff were amazing, nothing was a problem. Breakfast was excellent and catered for all our requirements. It was a very pleasant stay. Very good location to Lucca and Pisa.

The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was really tasty. Also there was a dog in the hotel that was really friendly
