It’s an amazing place and we truly loved it. It couldn’t be better- great location, beautiful house, great garden with flowers and swimming pool, view towards the typical green hills. In addition the host was very kind and gave us proper advices. Highly recommend this place!

We were welcomed by the nonna (I assume) of the house who was delightful and gave us an excellent local restaurant recommendation. They provide towels for using the pool as well as for the room. We had a lovely view of the garden. The location is perfect - outside the city walls so away from the tourist frenzy, but close enough to wander in at the quieter times of day. There is no kitchen or food provided (made clear on booking, so no complaint about this) - but it's easy to get breakfast and other meals close by.

Excellent location- 10 minute walk from the centre of San Gimignano. Owner very friendly. Room exceptionally clean. Would recommend!

Clean room, spacious bedroom and nice pool for who hv the opportunity to take a dip...we don't was cold temp for us good location to San Gimignano alsa a supermarket nearby. Owner really nice.

So clean, fab pool, gorgeous (and massive) pool towels. A leisurely 10 mins walk to the wall but lots of lovely places to dine en route. Free parking onsite. Fridays in room.

Pleasant and helpful management and an easy walk into San Gimignano. There was a Co-Op within walking distance. Refrigerator and air conditioner worked really well. Free parking on site was a bonus.
