Perfect location, very close to the centre. The room was big but a bit dated.the bed was very comfortable. And most importantly there was no Internet connection in the room. Check that before you unpack. I stayed there on a Monday night and I guess the restaurant wasn't open which was good otherwise I wouldn't have had much sleep. It would have been very noisy. I could hear noise coming from downstairs at 7am ,the staff was preparing for breakfast but they definitely don't take the guests upstairs into consideration. Talking,laughing very loudly. It's definitely not for light sleepers.

Excellent accommodation, excellent location, just right inside the town. The furnishings are great and beautiful. The hosts are also very kind, friendly and helpful!!!!

We liked the central location and the breakfast was great! Very helpful and friendly staff. They helped us arrange our luggage transfer which was fantastic.

Perfect place in center of San Gimignano. Breakfast was delicious, you can choose from many local italian products (cornetos/croissant, prosciutto, salami, yogurts and fresh breads). On reception, they ask if you want park on non paymant parking place, it is so nice - because this hotel is behind city walls, where you cannot park (you must park on city parking places for payment)
