Everything was perfect – beautiful views, peaceful atmosphere, and very comfortable rooms. The host was kind, spoke excellent English, and gave us great tips on what to do in the area. He also recommended a wonderful local restaurant where we had an amazing dinner. The property is full of charm, surrounded by nature and vineyards, and it’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy Tuscany. Everything was well maintained and felt very welcoming.

Magnificent setting, stunning views, extremely well maintained and neat. Even more impressive than the pictures might suggest. Wonderful staff. George is very knowledgeable, helpful, polite and speaks English very well. Breakfast is excellent. Rita (and the other staff) is super enthusiastic and friendly. Cozy rooms and large bathroom. Everything was perfect.

Very nice owner and staff. Beautiful garden. Excellent interior, lots of beautiful art and interior objects. Comfortable beds. Surrounded by many beautiful villages. Good breakfast with tasty croissants. Hope to visit this wonderful place in summer, when pool is open.

An exceptional stay! The host is incredibly hospitable, ensuring everything is at the highest level. The place itself is beautiful, offering stunning views and a wonderful atmosphere. There are many fascinating places to explore nearby. Highly recommended!

Just a wonderful place to stay. Great facilities, lovely restaurant. Quiet location in the Tuscan hills, away from the busy city roads but within easy reach of San Gimignano and a great little town called Certaldo. Easy train access to Florence. Steven and his staff were just so friendly and provided us with lots of good information about the locality.

Great place for a family holiday! The location of the hotel is perfect, amazing view and very close to San Giminiano.
