Great location, 5-10mins walking from town. Lots of off street parking. Pool. Room was big and clean, air conditioning was not too loud or intrusive and kept room nicely cool overnight.

Easy 10 minute walk to old city. The room was clean and looked according to photos. The staff is kind but don’t speak english so if you need anything more demanding it could be challenging.

We loved our stay here. The family was very hospitable and the location was so easy o walk to town. Especially we loved laying by the pool during the heat of the day and avoiding the crowds in town. Also breakfast is extensive! Would definitely stay again.

Location is exceptional, just outside of San Gimignano and view from the back and the pool is absolutely gorgeous. Hotel is clean and quiet, really nice pool and very nicely maintained grounds. The staff are super friendly and helpful, they really make this place. They even had gluten free crackers at breakfast which I was very happy about.
