The hotel was well located away from the hussle of San Gimignano with lovely views over the valley and within easy driving distance of some good restaurants. We enjoyed being able to swim even though it was early October..

Although out of town it was a great experience to stay in the beautiful countryside with amazing views. So much space around the hotel to relax and the pool was great

The staff were so warm, friendly, and helpful. The views were stunning and it was so close to many of the places we wanted to visit.

Exceptional! A small cosy and traditional hotel on one of the many hills of Toscany. A nice vineyard surrounds the hotel, with splendid views to the San Gimignano. The room was traditional but with all the modern necessities. 5 min by car to the San Gimignano. The staff was very welcoming and nice. Parking was large and pretty accessible. Definitely a place to stay when visiting San Gimignano area.

The farm transformed in a confortable hotel is amazing. The room was large, all the facilities in good function. Everything was spotless. The pool is great and the garden offers quiet places to read or just relax. The staff is friendly with everyone. I was sorry when we had to leave, after three days.
