One of our neighbors recommended visiting San Gimignano from Florence and staying at this hotel so we could enjoy the town outside of the tourist hours. What a great recommendation! We had one of the rooms with a balcony view of the Tuscan countryside, which was incredible. One direction we had a fantastic view of the towers and walls of San Gimignano and the other we had an ongoing view of the hills, trees, and farms of Tuscany. Our breakfast - which was very good - was included in our room rate which gave even more value. The room itself was appointed well, but not like a luxury hotel of the larger cities which we did not expect - but good to note. The location within the town itself was excellent being only a few hundred yards from the main entrance.

Situated within the old town walls, close to historic buildings, shops and restaurants. Fantastic views over countryside from our bedroom windows and the dining room. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed here as a base to visit the region. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were great and well cleaned. View were amazing. Reserving the private carparkis well worth while.

+ absolutely perfect location right at the gates of the town + staff were really helpful and friendly + big bedroom which was very clean and had an amazing view from the balcony across the Tuscan hills + nice old world feel to the place
