Upon request, you can ask for a late check-in service. A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals from 19:00 until 22:00, and EUR 40 for arrivals from 22:00 until 00:00. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is at 00:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.Animals are accepted upon request and with a surcharge of EUR 15 as a one-time fee.Please be aware that our rooms do not have a TV.During your stay, you can request cleaning and a change of linens for an extra charge.Some rooms are located 200 meters from the swimming pool.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

A beautiful location only 10mins drive from San Giminano. Great views of the Tuscan countryside. Our room was spacious and we found the bed very comfortable (It's a really firm mattress). The spa bath was great and our towels were changed daily. The room also had a mini fridge which was very useful. Breakfast was tasty. Cooked eggs were offered alongside a continental-style buffet - the scrambled egg was delicious. Also the best cakes I've ever tasted. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was homely, comfy and had everything we needed.

The B&B look and feel exactly like the pictures we've seen so that's a great start. The scenic view is really something. Especially it's one of the first few things we see in the morning. An experience we will never forget. You want to know what a peak retirement view look like? Give this B&B a try. We enjoyed the breakfast experience here as well. The options were plenty and the food tastes better when you have a mesmerizing countryside view.

Beautiful setting, close enough to the town whilst still feeling like you're in the countryside. Very clean and good sized room. Lots of places to sit by the pool or just in the garden or patio

The place was located close to San Gimignano and had a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside, not too far from Sienna and Florence. The staff was very responsive. The scenery was beautiful and the overall place was quiet. I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Tuscany.

Tuscany is heaven on Earth. The reality surpasses what you see in the movies, and Fattoria Sant'Andrea was the perfect starting point for our trip. It was so wonderful that we extended our stay by one more night. The accommodation was exactly what we needed; we booked the separate chalet, which offered privacy and a stunning view over the valley from the window. Every morning, breakfast was delivered with care, including great Italian coffee, overlooking the breathtaking landscape of Tuscany and the dreamy village of San Gimignano. One evening, we enjoyed a dinner prepared by a chef, with such fantastic flavors that it rivaled some Michelin-starred restaurants in the area. We also had a private cooking class with the same chef before heading to our next destination. We loved the place, the view, and the people who manage it, showing their love for this location. We returned with wonderful memories and a liter of their fantastic olive oil :)

We stayed in the cottage in a gated private area of the owners. We had access to the main area and pool yet could enjoy the quiet of the countryside.

If you looking for a real Tuscany vibe, than you are on the right place! This is the family run property, authentic for that area, close to the San Gimignano (cca 6 km). Surrounding is beautiful with outstanding picturesque view. We have stayed only 3 nights. It is not enough to see all of Tuscany beauty. Easy access to all the other interesting part of Tuscany, as Siena, Lucca, Arezzo, Florence, Val d’Orsey…. Brando is the young owner and he was helpful and patient with us. We bought some of their own made extra virgin olive oil, its fantastic. We really had a lovely days in Tuscany during our moto-trip!

A very calm quiet place. Surrounded by beautiful olive and wine ranks. Tuscany at it's finest. Brando and his family was great hosts.
