The best breakfast in our trips. Staff helpful and provide dinner suggestion. Villa location close to San Gimignano and Siena by driving.

We loved the rural setting and location, very close to San Gimignano, and approx one hour or less from both Siena and Florence. The pool area is amazing, the staff super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The air conditioning in the room also worked well! There was also a communal kitchen which could be used to prepare meals.

The hosts: wonderful, generous and kind. Thank you very much! The location: far away from chaos but super close to San Gimignano. The pool: superb. The breakfast: delicious homemade cakes and focacce+pizza

Francesca was very welcoming and super helpful She messaged us before we arrived too! The rooms were lovely and bed very comfy. The pool was pristine although cold (we still got in). Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. We spoke to Glen (Fs brother) and he was really nice. We were very impressed with this accommodation and highly recommend. Close to San Gimignano and is a beautiful rustic Tuscan property.
