One of the best B&B we have stayed in. Location excellent. 10 min walk to San Gimignano and a wonderful view of the towers from the breakfast room/garden. The rooms are very comfortable, bed and shower excellent. Breakfast is excellent lots of choice and quality food. Benedetta is a friendly and helpful host. Communication is excellent and the checkin instructions very clear.

It was quite nice away from the main square but a shor walking distance from everything. The host was so nice that she helped make a reservation for dinner one night. And the breakfast was awesome. We had a beautiful balcony covered. We ate dinner and played games out there alot. You can pay to park right around the corner

The property will suit those who want to be out of the old town of San Gimignano. It is in a quiet location with superb views looking towards the historic centre. The views from the breakfast room and garden are amazing. We ate breakfast in the gardens both mornings and it was relaxing and enjoyable with the spectacular views. The rooms are lovely and very clean and having access to the laundry was a bonus. The breakfast was also really good with lots of choices and freshly cooked. Whilst it appears the walk to town would be a long way and hilly, it is in fact not very far at all and a lot of it is a flat walk with a gentle incline at the end. Only takes about 12 minutes. The property also has a small amount of paid parking which is great for those with a car. Most of all, our host Benedetto was amazing. She is very warm and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Her bubbly personality made our stay even more special. I would highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay there again. Wished we had longer!

The views, the location to San Gimignano was super. The staff, Benedetta especially was a delight very welcoming and helpful with top tips. Very peaceful the room spacious with a balcony. Drinks available downstairs to help yourself. All in all a wonderful stay I would highly recommend.also plenty of free parking around the property.

Lovely clean apartments with a beautiful shared lounge/breakfast room which has AMAZING views out across San Gimignano. Benedetta is a charming host. We just had breakfast one morning - pleasant and good value. Tea/coffee available 24/7 in the lounge. It's a 10 minute flat walk to the gate into town, there's a little supermarket nearby. A wonderful base for the town, and the surrounding area. Private parking quiet, safe, and very close.

Very nice and quiet place with wonderful views. Benedetta and her family very warm, welcoming and pleasant people. Breakfast was perfect with home made cake every morning.
