Friendly staff, quiet location, wonderful views beautiful gardens and availability of simple but good food in the evenings.We were not expecting the availability of an evening meal as it does not have a restaurant as such.

Stunning location with spectacular views from both our bedroom and the terrace/restaurant. Good breakfast and evening meal (good value small menu but all home made and delicious) options. Exceptional hosts (two sisters) and staff made the stay extra special. Great pool area and gardens. Ample free parking. Would love to return.

What’s not to like. The ladies who run the B&B are so lovely and friendly, the location is amazing, the view is breathtaking, the grounds are gorgeous and the property itself is quintessential Tuscany.

The greatest place in Tuscany!!! For sure!!! One of the greatest places we have ever stayed with my wife. Great hosts! They went above and beyond to accommodate us! TOP NOTCH! Everything was at the highest level!!!

Superb location with an unbeatable view on San Gimignano. Quiet and cool place in a lush green garden. Super kind hosts, excellent breakfast and lunch/dinner possibilities. Spacious room with clean bathroom. We loved it.
