Perfect location, magnificent view of San Giminiano, spacious apartment, easy to leave the car outside. The contact easy,quick response from the owner. So nice to drink your coffee outside enjoying the spectacular views!

This is hands down the place with the best view of San Gimignano in the area. See the photo below (taken from the balcony). It is a stunning medieval stone house with a spacious living area, kitchen, dining room, 3 bathrooms, and three bedrooms. Simply beautiful. The hosts are also wonderful, warm and helpful - kudoz to both.

The host was very welcoming, attentive, and always available for contact. The view was stunning, and the house was fully equipped. The atmosphere was beautiful, and I would love to come back.

I love this nice village in Toscany. We have problem with our car and mr Alessandro - owner, was the best. He help us with everything. I cant say enough thank you 🤍🤍 I am very grateful . Our apartments was very nice

location is cool, hard to find, but once you do, you enjoy a vista of san gimignano like you would expect in a fairy tale. unfortunately then have to drive to s. g., but that's ok. the kitchen was odd, but hardly used in our one night stay. the worse part was this banging noise that lasted a second and occurred about every 3 minutes. hard to sleep with, but i used my ear plugs and finally slept. the downstairs shower did not have hot water, for some reason, but he answered my question later and suggested some knob to check by the laundry machine, which i never did. but truly, the noise bang thing, ? a water pump? not sure, but very annoying. the living room and cute decks were awesome. a little dated, furniture wise, but nice big space. ( 4 bedroom apt.)

Beautiful site, absolutely stunning views with extremely comfortable beds. The rooms were spotless, spacious, quiet and well furnished, with quality linens. Our host was quick to respond when we locked ourselves out and contacted him. We do hope to return some day!

A charming very old property in a hamlet about two kilometres from San Gimignano. This property is full of history and character. Too far to walk into town as no footpaths. The most beautiful views of SG from the outside area. Good to have parking outside of the property. A nice big comfortable bed and lots of space. Being English I like a cup of tea in the morning and there was no kettle but I called the owner and one was dropped off within half an hour so very good customer service.

The view is amazing. Morning bird can see how the valley look above the cloud. The restaurant nearby is a big plus. Great food.
