The property was set in beautiful countryside surrounded by trees and vineyards and olive trees and hills - simply stunning. Very quiet and peaceful. The infinity swimming pool was just beautiful and blue and clean and lovely views from either side. The views of San Gimignano from this property were amazing especially looking up into the Old Town. Gessica was incredible - friendly, bubbly, warm and just a beautiful person who ensured we were happy there. I loved talking to her.

A beautiful property, very spacious and comfortable apartment. Very clean and well kept. Excellent pool area with stunning view. Helpful and friendly staff. We loved our stay.

amazing location, gorgeous villa, the view is stunning and the staff is very helpful and super nice, plus this is a VERY dog-friendly place, highly recommend! kitchen has all you need, bed was super comfortable, there are many parking places, also the pool was awesome

It was an authentic Tuscan property within a 30 minute walk through the countryside to old town. Also a quick 5 min drive. The pool area was perfect to relax and cool down in Summer and watch the sunset over the San Gimignano hills. The rooms were spacious and the little kitchen enough to cook your own meals if you wanted.

We had a wonderful experience at Agriturismo Raccianello. Gessica was a very warm host who shared her life and experiences with us. We really enjoyed the evening meal of Tuscan specialities and wine that she arranged and hosted for the guests. The location close to San Gimingano was good - beautiful view of the town from the pool area. The grounds were well-kept and the apartment was clean and spacious. We appreciated having a washing machine and iron in the guest laundry. Our communication with Gessica was good during booking and check-in.

We very much enjoyed our stay, the pool was relaxing and the views were beautiful. We had breakfast croissants delivered every morning which was helpful as we did not have a car. Gessica was a great host and helped us, we enjoyed the shared meal. The walk to San Gimignano took approx 30 mins, sometimes rocky and steep, tough footwear advised. We did the walk 3 times, San Gimignano is a great place to visit, taxis are hard to come by, Gessica kindly booked the two we needed as we arrived and left from Poggibonsi train station. We all slept and relaxed well in the very clean apartment.
