We enjoyed our stay here so much! Close to the gate of the old town yet super quiet. Also, super close to the grocery store. The place has its own parking and automatic gate. Anna (the host) was very very nice. Super clean, spacious. This place is special.

The location is more amazing than you can imagine. It literally is next to the city gate. Lovely host and garden. The views all around are breathtaking.

The room was very close to the historical city, the access there was very easy, the garden was beautiful, and the host is very kind. The free parking was very convenient.

Anna is super friendly and helpful host. The room was equipped with everything as desribed. It was exceptionally clean - my wife and I always start with cleaning and disinfecting the room if we stay somewhere, however this was not needed here. The old town of San Gimignano is just a few minutes away, and there is free private parking in the garden. Highly recommended!
