Perfect location, right in the heart of San Francisco. All the staff were so nice and helpful. Also the room was super cozy!! You wont regret staying here.

Dear hotel owners, Please PAY ATTENTION to a PROBLEM with the FRONT DESK SERVICE. The light hair girl at the reception desk is unfriendly to clients! She doesn't even try to be polite and asked ordinary questions in an unfriendly tone. My review is not the first one about this problem. It ruins the experience of your wonderful hotel. *** My hotel rating isn't high to draw attention to the problem. Everything else was good.
