The room was great and it was in a good position to explore San Francisco. We liked the water bottles and the water refills. The hotel was very friendly and for where it was and what it offered good value for money.

Excellent location near Powell Street metro station and cable cars with easy access to Fisherman's Wharf and other attractions.

The location was great in exploring the nearby sightseeings like the Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39. It was also a very good hotel ovetall. Aircon worked well.

Location is good, can walk to most areas. The local area was fine, some reviews wrote concerns about lots of homelessness / unsafe walking areas, but we found this not to be a big problem, can can easily walk a safe route to most places. Hotel room is fine, nothing special or fancy but absolutely fine. Large, comfy bed. Bath / shower is fine, no problems with hot water. Wifi is good Staff were outstanding. Constantly very helpful and friendly
