Rooms were spacious and comfortable, housekeeping came everyday and cleaned the rooms promptly. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning and heating worked flawlessly. Location was good but very, very touristy. Keep this in mind when booking. Gym has lots of equipment, was tidy and clean. Washer and dryer was a nice touch. Free travel drink bottles from front desk were also great!

Great location, very clean. Staff are wonderful! Queen Double Rooms are small & bathrooms are tiny.

Great location with easy access to waterfront activities and attractions and only a stone’s throw from public transport options (cable car, street car and bus that can take you into the city)

This place is very good everything you would expect from Marriott. But we did book a long time in advance we told them several times that we had a Mercedes sprinter with high roof we were assured several times that wouldn't be a problem. On arrival we were told they had no parking for our Sprinter....So I went over the road to the Cazar I think 🤔 explained the situation and they were wonderful let us park in their parking...and didn't even charge us....Special mention to the staff at the Cazar for helping us out...

Very accommodating for early check in and late check out. Steps away from pier 39 and big bus tours as well as restaurants on the waterfront.

Excellent customer service! The staffs are friendly, polite and professional. From front desk to housekeeping...they all work hard and happy to help and do things quickly.
