Very nice and clean room. The bed was comfortable. Big fridge and big new TV. A bonus was the microwave oven. There is an iron and a hairdrier. The room was quiet. Friendly staff. The location is communicative.

The property was clean and organized, there is an elevator which is nice for when you bring luggage, the staff was nice and answered all of my questions in time, the room was clean and spacious, for the price it was amazing.

Location is great, walking distance from Union Square. Despite being near Tenderloin, there was no problem in the sorrounding of the hotel. Super bang for the buck!

Nice little hotel in a pretty good location to the tourist spots! Close to a cable car stop that will take you right into fisherman’s wharf. Rooms were comfortable! If you want a base to explore this was pretty good.

Nice and simple. Owner/staff wonderful. WiFi tv and fridge and microwave. Comfortable bed. Nice hot shower. Owner kind and helpful. Arranged my taxi for the airport without any difficulty, and it was excellent! So thank you! Hotel close to lots of places to eat and some great pubs. Especially the nearby Aces bar!
