Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Would stay again. Free pool table and darts board to chill in the bar area on an evening.

Not the first stay at this hotel...but nothing has been worked on in the last 10 years since my first stay there. located perfectly in the city to explore.

The room first allotted was tiny. However on our request they changed the room to a bigger one next morning. Added bonus was a free croissant, fruits and coffee breakfast every morning, which was unannounced.

The location is very central and great (in Tenderloin, but not a seedy part). We had a wonderful room with east side *and* west side windows! The room was large enough for family of four, with coffee/tee machine and safe. The staff was very friendly. The lobby was nifty and well-equipped (games, pool table, seating for coffee+pastry in the morning).

Accommodation was great. Shuffle board was fun. I thought the Iced water and filtered water in the lobby were good. The hotel housekeeping was excellent.
