Very good location for tourists, and the customer can enjoy 10% discount at the nearby cafe. Complimentary grab-n-go breakfast and complimentary wine on afternoon at the lobby.

The location, the very friendly and helpful staff. The daily happy hour (well 2 hours) . The decor and design of the hotel made it feel very original.

The rooms were very comfortable, quite small but in downtown San francisco that's normal. The location is great very safe right by Chinatown. The staff was always very friendly too
