Oscar and other staff were very friendly and helpful. The ice machine was handy. The feel of security with the gates is good / comforting.

-Very practical room with big walk-in closet. -Secured paid parking within the compound (subject to availability) -Service is very nice. -Good basic breakfast is included. -Very good location -Family friendly vibes

The hotel is reasonably quite in spite of its very good location (you can explore SF on foot). The staff is very friendly, knowledgable and friendly.

Loved this property, reasonable for San Francisco and had everything we wanted. Heated outdoor pool and courtyard was pleasant. Staff were polite and friendly and complimentary breakfast is a nice addition.

Great location, big size rooms for a family, pool was awesome, staff were really friendly and helpful. Great value for money and fantastic location. The breakfast provided was delicious and tea and coffee, juice and water available all day

Location was excellent. Breakfast was good. Bed was very comfortable. There was a pool but this was monopolised by families and young children, making lots of noise.
