Clean hotel, good value for money. The only thing was the AC, the hotel only has heating and they put a fan inside the room, the bed and pillows were very comfortable but sleeping with a fan is the most uncomfortable thing ever, I couldn't sleep properly and I woke up all sweaty every evening.

The location was great for Union Square, right by Powell Street Station and very close to cable cars, and trams stops. The room had 2 x large beds and they were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. There was coffee making facilities in the bedroom which was great. And a constant supply of coffee in the bar / reception area foc..

The location was fantastic for connecting with transport going in all directions (MUNI, BART) The traditional cable car was a 2 minute walk. Also good for shopping. The staff were super helpful (especially Punya) and made us feel right at home.

Located in the city centre and close to the main tourist/shopping spots. Nice and helpful staff. Jimmy was very helpful.

Location was amazing. Although a lot of homeless people in the near area we were literally 3 min walk from union square. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Both receptionists were very kind and welcoming, with special call out to Chris who even had a nice chat about a famous brazilian movie Tropa de Elite. Was so fun.
