Loved the interior of the room, clean look and feel. Relatively quiet for the location with windows closed, but very noisy with windows open. Staff was great.

The hotel is very cozy, with old facilities but really modern rooms. It was super clean and the size of the room was big enough for our 3 night stay. Fantastic location. Close to buses, cable car, union square, Chinatown. Lovely room and floorboards which I prefer :). Friendly and helpful staff. Despite being in busy location it was quite safe and there wasn’t too much overnight street noise. Would stay again.

- Short walk to union square - Newly renovated room - Free secure luggage hold when we checked out up to 5pm (after that you pay per bag)
