Lovely hotel in central San Francisco. Rooms were great, very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly too.

Lovely staff and good sized room with excellent bathroom (fav). We were also treated to christmas carolers in the foyer with free nibbles + bubbles. The location was safe and secure with plenty to see and explore.

The location was great, staff very helpful. Special mention must be made of Rachel at guest services who was wonderful and so friendly!!! A definite asset to the hotel!

Hotel was lovely so clean and very nice. Room was big enough for us two. The gentlemen at the front was lovely handed out umbrellas to us and gave us wash powder was very polite.

They have a connecting room! Which is a bonus for our family of 5 with teens. The room is spacious with a decent basic kitchen necessity. We could have a take out and have it in the room. The studio room setting is certainly a bonus!

The location is really great without being too close to Tenderloin. The room was very spacious and well equipped, and the hotel had a lot of amenities. The staff were very friendly - Rachel from the concierge desk was made for her job; she was super helpful and enthusiastic, and left a very positive impression. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend it for a short or long stay in San Francisco!

The location is near to union square. The staff especially Joe is very efficient. The concierge staff was also able to provide good information about the vinicity.
