Friendly staff, check-in could have been streamlined a bit better, but overall okay. The room and lobby make up for the only small complaint. Nice ambiance and minimal, but yet effective rooms. The room is nice and dark.

Very modern, everything was digitally controllable. Although the room was very small, it was set up in a very smart way and everything you needed was there. Everything was clean and nice looking. Overall left a very aesthetic impression. The location was amazing.

In a great spot on the heart of downtown San Fran. Close to the main shops and Union Square, very near the tram station also!

I really like the location, Staff, clean and looking like new rooms, the view from the windows, Ross shop near ;) In my opiniom, this is one of the nicest places Ive stayed, and I travel a lot.

I really liked how friendly the staff were and how clean and modern the hotel was. I felt right at home straight away. Staff were always attentive and liked to get to know you as well which helped to settle.
