It is a beautiful hotel with lovely and well appointed rooms and amenities. The location is fantastic for all sightseeing needs. Although I had to check out after one night because of the very loud protest by Marriott workers opposite, the hotel was very understanding and eventually refunded me for the whole booking. Despite not being able to sleep in beyond 7am, it would be unfair to mark the hotel down for things outside its control. The protest wasn't the hotel's fault but it made the stay unbearable. I would definitely return as long as there are no protests!

Loved the hotel and location and this will definitely be my go to hotel when I visit San Francisco which I do often because I have family who live there. I loved that the hotel was able to give me a room of the city which I had requested and wasn’t sure if they would be able to.

Room was huge and very clean. Absolutely loved the decor. Staff and security were great and super helpful - they were there 24/7 so felt super safe and secure. Hotel restaurant and room service food were delicious as well. Would definitely recommend and will be returning!

Fabulous hotel in a superb location. The room was enormous, well stocked, cleaned every day, quiet & had black out blinds. The bed was very comfy, we slept well without any disturbance from the busy streets below. Our room was front facing on the 10th floor. Union Square is a two minute walk & the famous cable car runs the length of Powell Street, directly outside. Staff were friendly & helpful. There is currently an ongoing strike between 6am & 10pm on various streets within this area which is persistent & noisy but once inside our room we were unaffected by this. We would certainly stay at this hotel again.

Good stay, good service. The location was the primary reason for this hotel, it was nice to be able to walk to the city center. Room was spacious.
