Room 901 had a fantastic view of the city and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel is in an excellent location.

The front desk staff is very warm and friendly and very patient with guests who don't speak English well. The amenities were perfect and attentive, the breakfast was delicious, and everything was perfect. I will definitely choose this place again for my next visit.

Close to Gaslamp, Seaport village, USS Midway museum and Civic Center trolley station. Great place if you like exploring the city on foot. Also clean and the staff was friendly.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Room well sized, modern. Everything worked. Breakfast great with flexible options for when to get it and what to get. Conference centre walkable (about 25 minutes). Restaurants and shops not too far away

we had an excellent experience. The hotel was clean, and the rooms were comfortable, featuring two beds which were perfect for us. The location was incredibly central, making it easy to walk to downtown. Breakfast was delightful, and we have to mention Jovita and Michelle, two wonderful staff members who managed the breakfast area. They were incredibly kind to us, even when my friend and I accidentally spilled a cup of coffee on the floor. Despite the mishap, they graciously forgave us with a smile. This led to a lovely conversation where we got to know them better. Their kindness and warmth made our mornings brighter, and their good-hearted nature left a lasting impression on us. Every hotel should have staff as cheerful and kind as Jovita and Michelle. It was a pleasure to meet them and hear their life stories. We hope they will read this review because they truly made our stay special.
