Clean, comfortable, quiet and well located close to Little Italy, the waterfront and the trolley. Rooms are a good size. The breakfast bag was good. Coffee in the lobby was also good.

For the price we paid, this was a good choice. It's close to the cruise ternminal and we were able to walk to it from the pier. If walking isn't a good option, it's a short taxi ride to either the cruise terminal or airport. Great location beside Little Italy. Nice sized rooms with a king bed.

While it was still possible to cancel my reservation, the hotel informed me several times that there was a nearby construction site and that noise will be expected. As I was going to be in meetings during the day, I did not cancel. Indeed there was some noise, sometimes early in the morning (6am). Actually, the fridge and the AC system was much more disturbing. Also the safe did not work and I am not sure that someone checks the status of the equipment from time to time. There was a coffee machine in the room. The breakfast consisted in a "breakfast bag" with an apple and other items. This was convenient. They provided often a muffin that was overloaded) with sugars (half of the recommended daily dose! I could not eat that, I wonder whether anybody eats this kind of junk food. In the lobby, a coffee machine was also available but the cocoa drink was also too sweet. Looking at the amazingly increasing burden of overweight and diabetes in the US, I wonder why this kind of food is still delivered in places that should take their part of responsibility and provide more healthy food to people! People are free to pay for sweet and toxic food, but providing them with such food basically for free is disappointing.

This hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. It was in an excellent location just a short walk from the Star of India and a variety of restaurants and bars. There was a "takeaway" breakfast available every morning.

Location was exceptional. Walking distance to some attractions, to theatre and to all the restaurants in little Italy, plus starbucks next door.

The king size bed is comfortable. We didn't try the breakfast buffet, we went to Little Italy (Bonjour Cafe is very good :). Very good position, near to the ocean side (max 5min walking). Hotels parking (30$/night), ok.

We have allergies. Bagged breakfasts did not work. Coffee was good and we took bottles of orange juice and water.
