Stunning older style behind but with all the comforts. Great view from some floors, big rooms. Very comfortable beds and pillows with thick quality sheets. Hotwater stations, great hotwater in showers (nice when it's cold outside). Excellent recommendations from the night manager. This is my favourite hotel in 5 weeks in mexico, easy 5 mins walk to everything.

The staff was polite and helpful. My room (with garden view) was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfy with enough sheets as it gets cool at night in SCDLC. Even at regular price, this place offers bang for your buck.

It's a pretty place with rooms around a garden courtyard. Our room was large with a massive bed and a fireplace! There's a further set of rooms at the back. Water points around each corridor (don't use the water here!). It's a short walk from the busy Calle Guadalupe, a pedestrianised touristy street and about 10 mins from the main square and cathedral. The reception was helpful with ideas for trips.

Quality accommodation at a really good price. Breakfast was quite good, again at a bargain price. Beautiful well cared for grounds
