The room was fantastic. We were upgraded but it really was better than the more expensive room we had at the Llao Liao nearby. Really big comfy bed and with incredible views to the lake.

The hotel setting is stunning- it’s got a perfect view of the water from different parts of the hotel including the pool, toilets, lobby area. The lobby staff are friendly and even kindly let us into our room a bit early. The bar is great for sundown cocktails (e.g. highly recommend the caipirinha).
