The room and bathroom are clean and spacious, and there’s a coffee machine, which is a pleasant bonus after a long day of exploring the region. Marisa, the owner, is extremely hospitable and welcoming. The breakfast is fantastic—rich and delicious. A special bonus is the balcony view overlooking the neighboring wine cooperative, where you can witness the winemaking process during the ‘vendimia’ season.

This was the second time of staying at Casa Marisa. We enjoy the warm welcome, excellent rooms and superb food. We will certainly be staying again. The breakfast is outstanding with an exceptional amount of fresh products on the menu. It is well worth saying that evening meals should be taken, as again, fresh local products are included on the menu. The travel time to Bilbao ferry terminal is about 1hour 15minutes, which means a comfortable drive in the morning after a long drive the day before.
