Perfect hotel for our short stay, they let us park our car early so we could get into San Antonio and then check in later. Comfortable rooms and very clean.

Once again the staff were very helpful. I was able to get an early check-in for a reasonable fee. I lost my phone in Tucson and the fellow on the front desk went out of his way to assist me with a phone to attempt to retrieve it and for me to contact my family back in Canada.

This is an excellent place to stay at when visiting San Antonio. We were greeted by the most friendly staff which helped us with anything we needed from our laundry to getting water and coffee. The rooms are very clean, the come and tidy and change towels everyday. Internet is SUPER fast which was great given that we work while traveling. The area is a little out but it felt super safe. We had no trouble and it is an enjoyable walk to downtown even in the heath. We travelled by train so the position is also very convenient as its near the train station. I can recommend staying here if you visit San Antonio and want to enjoy the riverwalk, the alamo and downtown. Thanks for making our stay very nice.

The exterior of this property is totally at odds with the interior. Big rooms, great beds, good furniture, well maintained property in an awesome location. Super quiet too.Walking distance to city centre and the river walk thing. Front desk staff here were particularly welcoming and check in was a breeze.
