Location was ok but not loads in the area a couple of shops and a few bars but not anywhere to eat - needed water taxi across which we did most nights for some nice food. Breakfast was ok and hotel overall good value for money I suppose for the time of year and price we got it for but is family orientated. Pools cleaned daily and plenty of sunbeds for use. All staff where really polite and helpful throughout the stay.

The staff on arrival were friendly. My room wasn’t ready so I had a drink in the bar area and the staff were also nice. The room had the air con already on when I got into the room, so it was lovely and cool. I stayed here alone in the room but was on a group holiday, and felt safe. The rooms are old and basic but extremely clean and a great base for the holiday.

The location where the hotel is in San Antonio is very good. Hotel rooms were very clean, the shower and bathroom were spacious and the water pressure was very good too. Comfortable bed as well with plenty of room lightening.

Breakfast was good but Vegetarian options were less. Location wise it's little far from Center. By bus it took 20 minutes to reach San Antonio center. Nearest beach to this hotel is not good so only option is to go to the beach at Centre.

The hotel seems like a good option for travelers who prioritize friendly service, affordability, and a central location. Very friendly and helpful staff, even when fully booked they tried their best to accommodate our room change request. The hotel offers a good balance between price and amenities.
