The reception staff is friendly, we liked Francesca a lot, she is special. The food is good and you have a reasonable selection to choose from. Although we had half board, we received all inclusive at the reception, although we didn't use it because we were out during the day.

Great location. Sea views and by taxi boat to San Antonio. 2 pools… we preferred the one by second building as a nicer atmosphere. We got a complimentary upgrade to all inclusive which was wonderful. Great choice of food and drinks

We liked the area for our family. The staff were really friendly. All the staff were really kind. We had a very nice experience with Fabio on reception and Carlos at the bar. The food was really good with a great variety. It felt like nice quality. This is an excellent value hotel right on the ocean side with views across San Antonio bay. It’s really nice. Lovely during the day and night. The airport bus stops very close.

Better than I expected at this Hotel, All Inclusive are usually not great but this was an exception, great staff, food and Pool areas, great views and drinks and a nice chilled vibe, fantastic stay
