the breakfast is very good , there are no flys , it’s clean . the hot food is hot some of the dishes are better than the local restaurants. the staff behind the bars and the ladies behind reception amazing

Good choice at meal times - the chefs made a big effort every day to give a good variety of meals! Bar staff, especially the guy at the adults pool bar was exceptionally friendly and efficient.

Excellent value for money, great for families. Pool area was great, plenty of sunbeds. There was a good choice for the buffet food. Great location for walking round the bay.

The staff was amazing the hotel manager upgraded my stay at the hotel when I checked in. Food was great and staff was so very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location. Big swimming pools. Varied menu with delicious food. Excellent value . Helpful staff. Bus to the airport right beside the hotel.

Spotless , good location, the best location close to bus stop just outside hotel who linked with all the wonderfull beaches.. also the airport Amazing food, spoiled for choises, the roof terace and the lush sunset.. the staff very friendly … I will be back for sure! Thank you for your hard work to make our holiday wonderful

Great location, right by the bus stop. Staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The rooftop sunset bar is a hidden gem, amazing views. Love the fact there is an adult only pool.

When I arrived I felt welcomed by the reception staff Bea and her lady colleague who were helpful and friendly. I was offered lunch as I was early for check-in, which I was glad of. I also had drinks in the bar with David, a very friendly fellow. He made me Azuline cocktails, which I liked a lot. I had a 4th floor room with balcony. Happy with the cleanliness and felt comfortable. I was glad to have air conditioning. I like a cool room to sleep. I slept very well every night of my stay. Every morning I went to breakfast which was a great way to start the day. The selection of choice is vast. I really liked the bacon & eggs, juices, yoghurt & raisins. I noticed how busy and respectful the staff were at meal times. Jorge in particular. Really good service by everyone. My man Tony at the bar deserves my praise. He's a good guy. I also enjoyed the lunches and the puddings. I sometimes ate out in the evenings, or visited Ibiza Town so didn't stay in the hotel for dinner. I feel I enjoyed the best of the Bergantin at a very good price.
